Things I’m Loving Friday #2

Hey guys! How was your week? Everybody ready for a long weekend? I know I certainly am. For me it felt like everyday this week was meant to be Friday, but at last we are finally here and I give you as promised, 5 things I’m currently loving. Enjoy!

Thing’s I’m loving:

#1 – Goal Setting Planner

My friend Leanne is kind of an organizational genius. I’ve always considered myself to be fairly organized, but this goal setting planner she gave me for Christmas has made keeping track of everything so much easier! Each month includes a monthly calendar, weekly calendars AND a monthly goal setting page. The goal setting page is my favorite, because it helps me to focus on what I’m trying to accomplish and simultaneously map out the steps to get it done. All of a sudden these long term goals and ideas I have flooding my brain, are made into actionable steps I can complete each month, helping me reach my ultimate goals. Moral of the rant, look for a planner with a section to write down your goals and simplify your life..OH and one with stickers makes it all the more exciting 🙂

#2 – Core Sliders

These are an awesome addition to any core workout. I am always looking for new ways to make my workouts more challenging and of course, more fun and these are definitely check off both of those boxes. If you don’t want to spend the money on sliders, you can instead use towels under your feet – works just the same. We’ll post a couple of workouts for you to try soon, so stay tuned for that.

#3 – Wireless Headphones

Wireless headphones are a MUST for any runner in your life, but they’re also great for use during workouts and I have a feeling all of you Irish dancers might just love them for practice too!

#5 – Yellow Roses

This Valentine’s day I got spoiled with this beautiful bouquet of flowers from my fiance Mike. I’ve always loved yellow roses and these are a great reminder that spring is coming ahh cannot wait for that.
