07 Mar SPRING TRAINING – Registration Now Open!
Registration is now open for our spring fitness classes for Irish dancers! We are offering two different classes, one for the advanced dancers preparing for Nationals and another class for all Irish dancers looking to improve their performance and take their dancing to the next level. More information below:
Advanced Class – 1:30 – 2:30 PM
This class is limited to 10 dancers. The focus of the class will be to prepare dancers for the 2018 Nationals. In addition to the 1 hour class, each dancer will receive at home training plans, nutrition suggestions and mindset techniques.
Strengthen your Step Class – 2:30 – 3:30
This class is for any Irish dancers looking to improve their performance, dance stronger and reach their goals. A lot of focus will be put on stamina, total body strength, proper warm up and cool down strategies. This class is limited to 15 dancers.
