FITNESS & NUTRITION COACHING FOR IRISH DANCERS

  • 60 minute workouts designed specifically for Irish dancers
  • Classes focus on
    • Core stability, flexibility, stamina, strength, speed, power
    • Injury prevention
    • Mindset
    • Dance Nutrition
  • Dynamic warm up, stretching, total body workout, proper cool down and muscle recovery
  • Combination of bodyweight exercises and the use of equipment (dumbbells, resistance bands, agility ladders, etc.)
  • Q&A session (example topics: building confidence, getting rid of competition day nerves, coming back from injury, stage presense, etc.)
  • Science based approach, taught by a certified strength and conditioning specialist and former competitive Irish dancer

Learn to improve your performance, by improving your diet with BFit Founder, Bridget Boles, who is a certified, Precision Nutrition, Level 1 Coach.

  • Analysis of your current diet and habits via a 3 day food and beverage consumption log
  • We will identify areas for improvement and provide you with a customized nutrition program
  • Meal preparation tips, healthy recipes, snacks & smoothies, and pre and post workout recommendations
  • Simple and informative handouts to increase your nutrition knowledge
