Bridget Boles is a nationally certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Nutrition Coach (PN1), and the founder of BFit Fitness.
She is a former competitive Irish step dancer, having danced for the O’Shea Chaplin Academy in Boston, Massachusetts, for 20+ years. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology, from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2012.
After graduating from UMass, she worked as a Physical Therapy Aide at Massachusetts General Hospital and also became a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She has trained many youth and high school athletes, as well as general fitness clients. It is her love for sports performance and Irish dance that led her to start BFit Fitness.
Today, Bridget helps dancers of all experience levels improve their performance and prevent injury through high performance training designed specifically for Irish dance. She teaches dancers to train smarter, find their confidence and achieve what they maybe never thought possible.
